Lakeview Home Rewards program connects customers with experienced, local real estate agents in our agent referral partner network. Customers who use a real estate agent in our referral network to buy and/or sell a home are eligible for a post-closing reward valued at an average of $2,150, on each transaction (purchase of a home and/or the sale of a home).*
Upon successful close of the transaction, your real estate agent pays a referral fee to one of our agent referral partners. Your reward is then paid to you directly from the agent referral partner applicable by state law. You should expect to receive your reward notification via email within 30 - 45 days of submitting your closing documentation on your purchase and/or sale transaction.

Prior to entering into a contract to list or buy a specific home, you can change real estate agents at any time by contacting LKV Realty® at hello@lkvrealty.com or (844) 453-1398.
Once enrolled, customers may opt out of the Lakeview Home Rewards program at any time by contacting hello@lkvrealty.com or (844) 453-1398.
Any contractual obligation established outside of the program and directly between a customer and a real estate agent is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers who opt out of the Lakeview Home Rewards program prior to closing on their home purchase or sale are no longer eligible for the program reward. Additionally, if a customer chooses to stop working with a LKV Realty® partner agent, they will also no longer eligibility for the reward.
Lakeview Home Rewards program is designed for customers looking for access to local, qualified real estate agents.
Customers already working with an agent are not eligible for the Lakeview Home Rewards program and/or the post-closing reward offer.
