Anywhere Leads Inc. is not affiliated with LKV Realty, LLC and LKV Realty, LLC is not responsible for the rewards program provided by Anywhere Leads Inc. LKV Realty, LLC is an affiliate of Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC (“Lakeview”). Lakeview customers are not required to use LKV Realty, LLC and/or any of the related third-party products and services. Obtaining financing from Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is not required in order to participate in the programs offered by LKV Realty, LLC and/or Anywhere Leads Inc. A borrower/customer may arrange for financing with any lender of their choice.

LKV Realty, LLC will earn a commission on the completion of a purchase and/or sale of a property in any of the states they are licensed in when you participate in the Lakeview Home Rewards program with Anywhere Leads Inc. Anywhere Leads Inc. will connect you with a local licensed real estate agent in their network to purchase and/or sell your property. LKV Realty, LLC may also earn a referral fee in certain other states as permitted by law.

Qualifying for the Lakeview Home Reward program requires completion of a purchase and/or sales transaction of a property using a real estate agent introduced to you through the Lakeview Home Rewards program, offered by Anywhere Leads Inc. For more information on Anywhere Leads Inc., please refer to Terms and Conditions of Use and Global Privacy Policy Notice.

Eligibility for rewards under the Lakeview Home Rewards program is available in most states. The “reward” may be provided in the form of a check, gift card, or other commission reduction, based on the state in which the transaction takes place. The Lakeview Home Rewards program is not available for employer-sponsored relocations.

The cash back bonus reward is not available in Alaska, Oklahoma and Iowa. In Kansas and Tennessee, a MAX MasterCard® gift card will be issued. In Mississippi, New Jersey, and Oregon, a reward is in the form of a commission reduction at closing.

The Lakeview Home Rewards program is not available in certain real estate purchase and/or sale transactions with restricted Buyer agent commissions, including, but not limited to, some new construction, For Sale by Owner, or For Sale by iBuyer transactions, or where the Buyer’s agent commission is less than 2%. Your Lakeview Home Rewards program referred real estate agent can help identify any transactions where the reward program is not available. All real estate commissions are negotiable and subject to any State or Federal laws.
