In the first-floor sitting room, there is a queen size pullout sofa air bed. Guest bathroom 1 is located on the first floor and is connected to a second bedroom with a full-sized bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. On the second floor, there is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 7 minute drive east over the Usina Bridge (Vilano Bridge) is historic downtown St. Augustine!
