The layout is convenient with all shared rooms on main floor with new paint, new rugs, a propane Fireplace, coupled with a full-width, fully-furnished rear deck; a private King-Master ensuite (new furniture) with its own private deck, a grand bathroom with jacuzzi plus shower/tub combo. We converted the lower level large room in 2025 with a 2nd Bedroom- Queen set with two roll-out Futons. Overall the cabin sleeps 8+. The outdoor Hot Tub is fully covered with large gazebo, a bench and a bistro table set to sit. The views from both decks is the mountain forest and a Privately-stocked Pond for all homeowners to enjoy or fish. Our cabin comes fully furnished turnkey with established Airbnb guests. We offer short-term rentals as a solid investment 6+ months of the year; and we enjoy our Cabin getaway the remaining time. We are blessed with great neighbors.
